My Background
Artists are, by nature, restless souls, and I am no different. I have no particular style, largely because I am still searching for it. It doesn't help that many things inspire me - there is beauty and a story in everything, even the mundane.
A positive consequence of this meandering mind is that there are number of different themes in my work, from trees, seas and poppies, to pets and portraits.
Most of my work is in acrylic, for the simple reason that I like the texture of the medium, and it dries quickly, which facilitates my loose style. Take a look and see what you think.
